AEROSEAL, USA (Fulltime, Aug 2022 - Current) - UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer
Re-designed the user interface for company’s software application to enhance usability. Conducted user research, stakeholder interviews, created prototypes, wireframes and meticulously designed the dashboard, as well as all landing screens using Figma. Presented the revamped interface to stakeholders and produced internal training videos for effective adoption. Additionally, created the mobile app screens of the same application, currently in development.

At a startup, spearheaded the successful launch of a new line of healthy foods. Strategically conducted comprehensive user research, individual and small group interviews, as well as competitive analysis, resulting in the identification of the target market. Leveraged research insights to develop an integrated marketing plan spanning digital media and print platforms. Skillfully designed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, awareness campaigns, and promotional materials. Orchestrated both organic and paid social marketing initiatives.
Within a remarkable two-year timeframe, facilitated the company’s transition to a profitable position, culminating in its acquisition by a competitor.
Wellstar Clinic and Diagnostics, India (Contract, March 2016 - July 2022) - Sr Graphic Designer
Pioneered the establishment of the marketing department and orchestrated a comprehensive branding, including the development of the logo, style guides, and typography. Oversaw the end-to-end production of all print and digital marketing assets. Created a diverse array of digital and print materials in support of business development, corporate marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Personally crafted visual content for antenatal classes.
Progressively assumed a mentoring role, growing the marketing team to four designers. Collaboratively strategized and executed a range of promotional events, such as family days and cervical cancer awareness camps, to expand the client base.
